个人简介
许宗富律师，曾在沈阳电子研究所从事科研工作，获辽宁省科技成果奖和沈阳市科技成果奖各两项，1985年首批取得专利代理人资格并开始从事专利代理工作。1993年发起组建辽宁知识产权律师事务所，提出要向专业化发展律师事务所。律师应在某一领域具有优势。作为具有理工科知识和科研背景，从事专利代理工作多年的他，把自己定位为知识产权专业律师，在知识产权诉讼和非诉讼法律事务上成为业务带头人。
许宗富律师，专利代理研究员，中华全国律师协会知识产权专业会委员，中华全国专利代理人协会常务理事；中国科学院知识产权研究会理事，中国科学院沈阳分院知识产权委员会副主任，沈阳科苑专利商标代理有限公司董事长。
许宗富律师代理了大量较有影响的专利侵权和专利权属纠纷案件，在业内产生较大影响。如沈阳某机械厂、鞍钢某研究所、大连某互感器厂、大连某保健品公司被诉侵权案；沈阳某制药集团、本溪某冶炼厂等起诉的专利侵权案；某人被辽宁省某局诉权属纠纷案等；其中代理的沈阳某制造药集团诉沈阳某制造公司的许诺销售侵权案，为全国第一件许诺销售侵权案。代理了多件国家知识产权局专利复审委员会专利行政诉讼案。
许宗富同志多次受邀在各中科院研究所、大学和政府会议进行主题授课或培训交流，并被聘请为沈阳工业大学文法学院客座教授、国家知识产权培训（辽宁）基地 “实务专家”、 辽宁省知识产权维权援助中心 “辽宁省专利侵权判定咨询专家”、 大连理工大学知识产权学院兼职教授、辽宁省政府法律顾问等。
许宗富律师著有《专利工作概论》一书，并发表二十多篇有学术价值的知识产权方面的论文，刊登于中国专利代理杂志、中国知识产权杂志、中国知识产权报、中国律师报、中国技术市场报等。

Xu Zongfu, lawyer, once conducted scientific
research and won two awards-Science and echnology Achievement Awards of Liaoning
Province and Shenyang at Shenyang
Electronic Research Institute. In 1985,he was
among the first batch of persons who were
granted the patent agent qualification, and
started working on patent agency. In 1993,he
promoted and formed Liaoning Zhiquan Law
Firm, with an objective of development
toward specialization, as a lawyer should
possess advantages in a particular field.
Having a background of scientific researcher
and patent agent for years, he has oriented
himself as an intellectual property lawyer and
to be a leader in intellectual property
litigation and non-litigation practices.

He has represented clients in a large number
of cases of patent cases of infringement
against a Shenyang machinery factory, a
research institute of Anshan Steel, a Dalian
instrument transformer factory and a Dalian
health food company, the cases of patent
infringement against a Shenyang
pharmaceutical group and a Benxi smelting
factory, and the case of ownership dispute
between a person and a bureau of Liaoning
Province. The case of a Shenyang
pharmaceutical group v. a
Shenyang pharmaceutical company over
promised sales was the first of its kind in
China. He also represented clients in many
patent administrative actions against the
Patent Reexamination Board of the State
Intellectual Property Office.
He has abundant experience in patent agency,
specializes in intellectual property actions and
non-litigation intellectual property practices,
and serves as the long-term patent and legal
consultant for many well-known enterprises.
He wrote the book General Studies on Patent
Work, and has published over 20 articles of an
academic value on intellectual property on
China Patent & Trademark Agency magazine,
China Intellectual Property magazine, China
Intellectual Property newspaper, Chinese
Lawyers newspaper, China Technology Market
newspaper. Etc.
